We've only one health so better take good care of it. We suggest you use the Mierzyn Pedestrian-Cycling Health Path constructed by the urban sports, tourism and recreation centre in the woods abutting directly on the Mierzyn-Ustronie Recreation Centre. Eleven various exercising units are situated along the whole route including benches, bars, parallel bars, beams allowing principal recreation exercise to be performed for all age groups and to the benefit of their health.

Instructions are fitted alongside instruments concerning the way in which typical gymnastic exercises can be performed. The route was marked out through old tree stands which constitutes an additional attraction for those performing the exercises and ensure the maximum amount of oxygen is inhaled.

The path is marked by coloured bands painted on the tree trunks in the Forest.

There are various lengths of the path to be chosen:

• White - about 2200 m with 8 instruments - the shortest loop-shaped route
• Red - about 3200 m with 8 instruments - medium loop-shaped route
• Blue - about 4500 m with 11 instruments - longest double-loop route

Entry to the health path is available at the following points:

1. Directly behind the Mierzyn-Ustronie Recreation Centre on the continuation of the road on which service and retail outlets are situated (around 300 m from the main intersection in the Centre).
2. The first side road in the wood from the approach road to the Centre to Mierzyn beach (turn left moving from the Centre), on the road to the hangar on the lake.
3. From the unguarded beach beyond the beach in Mierzyn lake turn left uphill towards the village from the road on the lake leading to Mierzyn.
4. Turn right from the pathway from Mierzyn to Międzchód (moving from the Centre) towards the forest path leading to the forest parking site.
